Can't Get Access to Your Product?

All our Quest material is hosted in a secure members area.

An email with your login details will have been sent when you initially purchased one or more of our products. Ideally, you would have kept this email, or at least stored the login information in a secure place, but if you haven't we'll need to resend the information to you.

Please use the chat facility in the corner (on this page), ensuring that you provide the following:

  • the email address you used to purchase
  • the PayPal or Invoice transaction ID

Without these, it'll take a lot longer to locate and provide your information.
